Unfortunately, I only had a 28oz can of diced tomatoes, so I used the whole thing, which likely added a few extra carbs. I finally printed, went to the store and came home and fixed it. I made this chili last night and had some over a hot dog.

Loved the Keto chili! We were anticipating a sad winter season without my homemade full of beans chili. Add the onion, red bell pepper, and garlic to the pot.

A healthy low carb dinner! My wife has lost over 20 lbs too. And I absolutely love that this is low-carb.

    I personally feel that it will always be important to check on the calories in vs out…so maybe try lowering your caloric intake and see how it goes.
